Delete Your Prawn Hub Account

You can request deletion of your Prawn Hub account and associated personal data. This page is provided so customers can request deletion even if they no longer have access to the mobile app.

How to request deletion

Email prawnhubburger@gmail.com with the subject line “Prawn Hub Account Deletion Request”.

Include the email address or phone number linked to your Prawn Hub account. We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion is completed.

What will be deleted

  • Your customer account profile, where an account exists.
  • Personal contact details not required for retained legal or operational records.
  • Saved delivery addresses, where legally and operationally possible.
  • Push notification tokens linked to your account or device.

What may be retained

Some information may be retained where required for order history, payment reconciliation, refunds, disputes, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, safety, legal compliance, or legitimate business records.

Retained records will be limited to what is necessary and will not be used for general marketing after deletion.

Processing time

We aim to review deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible. If additional verification or legal retention checks are needed, we will explain the next step by email.

In-app deletion

If you still have access to the Prawn Hub app, use the account or profile area to start account deletion from inside the app where available. The web request route remains available for customers who have uninstalled the app or cannot access their account.
