Prawn Hub reviews refund requests case by case for food ordering, collection, and local delivery issues.
When a refund may apply
- Prawn Hub could not fulfil an accepted order.
- An order was cancelled by Prawn Hub before fulfilment.
- An incorrect item issue was reported quickly and verified.
- A payment issue was verified against the order record.
- A delivery failure was caused by Prawn Hub or its delivery operation.
When a refund may not apply
- The delivery address, postcode, flat number, building name, or phone number was incorrect or incomplete.
- The customer was unavailable, unreachable, or not present during delivery.
- The order had already been accepted and food preparation had started.
- The order was delivered or made available for collection as requested.
- The issue was reported too late for Prawn Hub to reasonably verify it.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through the relevant payment provider. Bank and card processing times may vary.
How to request a refund review
Email prawnhubburger@gmail.com with your order number, name, phone number, delivery postcode, issue description, and any relevant photos.
